I liked this book how it simply talked about what foods to introduce into your diet that can help inflammation but more importantly what to avoid. The recipes are simple and delicious. I really enjoyed the Minestrone Quinoa Soup recipe as well as the ideas for some simple salad dressings and snacks. Wish that there had been more pictures for the recipes are nice.
