Excellent Quick Reference Guide

This is a short, inexpensive little reference guide for sales management. It covers a variety of different topics including the transition from sales to management, incentivizing sales teams, hiring superstars, coaching weaker players, and terminating non-producers. The author is concise and the text is easy to read. It won't teach you to be a great manager, but it does make an excellent quick reference guide and it has quite a few interesting ideas for motivation and hiring. Well worth the $12.99 list price.
