This is a Romantic Suspense, and this in second collection in the Red Ledger series. This book has vol. 4-6, and I have read and reviewed the first collection of this book series before reading this book. I do really feel this is a book series you need to read in order, and you cannot read as a standalone. This book as a ton of action and suspense. I also love the romance that is going on in this book. There was some really big twists in this book, and I was living for them.

This book is everything I hoped for and more! The second volume to the Red Ledger series was a thrill ride that had to wanting to know what was going to happen. Page after page was detailed with their plans of learning the ins and outs of the Company. Learning everything they can to get out and finally have the peace of safety. So much happened in these 3 parts that I still have to wrap my mind around it all. The near death experiences of getting captured and trying to break free and forming new alliances had me turning page after page. Meredith Wilds way of setting the scene has you feeling like you are Isabel and Tristan and had my hands clammy with the intensity of each situation that was presented. Action packed and full of love. My only complaint, I now have to wait until next year to find out what happens next since Meredith once again leaves you on a cliff hanger leaving you wanting more! Will they get their happily ever after? Will the finally beat the Company? Will they finally get out? I cannot wait to find out!
