I have most of the books by Dr. James L. Fisher and this one is another 'must-have' book for everyone engaged in the leadership field. I strongly recommend you this book and you will read it within a day! It will absorb you and will have you re-read the book over and over again!I really would add 5 more stars! And I wish myself to have more books by Dr. Fisher again in the future!
