Dwayne S. Joseph returns with another drama-filled page-turner, featuring a cast of three unforgettable females searching for love and happiness while trying to stay true to themselves. Reesa's a savvy financial planner with one goal: to have a baby before thirty-five. But to do that, she needs a suitable mate, and her man Simon just doesn't fit the bill. Carmen's been catering to Anthony's needs for three years, no matter how insensitive he can be at times. Not even his irritating mother is enough to make her call the relationship quits--until Jordan comes along and offers to give her everything she desires. Tired of dealing with shallow brothers, Erica gives up looking for love and settles for occasional dates and one-night stands. But just when she's found her groove, her ex comes barreling back into her life in a major way, taking Erica through the emotional wringer. Reesa, Carmen, and Erica all know that life and love aren't easy, but they never expected drama like this.
I enjoyed this book and could relate to many of the characters. I felt their pain and it was a good read. Keep up the good work.
Excellent Read

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book! Dwayne did an excellent job at catching the female's perspective on life. Reesa was a little clueless in the beginning but glad to see that she finally started using that brain of hers. Erica had it all together but her past was definitely putting a wrench in a happy future. Carmen evoked the most emotion from me because she just put up with so much unneccesary crap. If I could have reached through the pages of that book . . . His characters are so realistic, you find yourself comparing them to your own network of friends. Excellent book - really enjoyed it!

This book was great. I am thirty.....and can relate to many of the characters in this book. It was funny and a good page turner...this book had me hooked....because it is okay to wait and not rush things just because you may feel you are getting older and just settle for anyone...which is wrong. This book deals with relationship in a big way that you may do wrong within a relationship but things can work out at the end of the day and that it is okay to forgive someone, a good book to read

I truly loved the novel. I enjoyed how he started the novel. It was fast pace you did not want to put it down. In life you go through so many changes and you think that you are all alone, but indeed there is always someone out there experiencing the same situation. The three young ladies indeed had their share of issues, but all in all I like the way they stuck together. I was not happy with ending, but we all cannot have our way. I would definetly recommend this book.

Just like his last book, this one was filled with true to life and deep drama!! If you didn't know that Mr. Joseph was the next Dickey/Weber/Baisden then you will after you read this. All I want to know is when did he interview my friends for this book, because they were all up in there! And I think we've all been where Erica was! Can't wait for the next book, If Your Girl Only Knew. The teaser chapter was HOT!!!!!!
