This book, along with the Teacher's edition, is a very useful tool in working with listening skills for my ESL students. My students really like it.

This is very useful in working with the Student edition. One surprise was that it also has an accompanying CD (which apparently is sold separately). However, the dialogue used in the scenarios is at the back of the book, and I was able to create my own listening tapes. My students really enjoy working with this book along with the Student edition.
Wonderful book for adults as well as teenagers!

This listening based book is very helpful in boosting the confidence level of "false beginners" and those who have not really used spoken English very much. It is a good springboard for conversation as well.
