L'araucana [French]

L'Araucana est un po me (c)pique espagnol (c)crit par Alonso de Ercilla y Z iga. Publi (c) en trois parties entre 1569 et 1589, il relate la Guerre d'Arauco entre les conquistadors espagnols et le peuple Mapuche (Araucans) au Chili. Ce po me est consid (c)r (c) comme l'une des "uvres majeures de la litt (c)rature hispano-am (c)ricaine et offre un r (c)cit d (c)taill (c) et h (c)ro que de la r (c)sistance indig ne face la colonisation espagnole.
