Broad and fair

As far as I get to the book I think it is broad and fair enough to allow an understanding of Public Human Resources Management, what I would expect beyond would be some attempts of measuring performance or quantitative models or more specific details in the area. Best, Aldo

Handbook of Human Resources

A very complete synopsis of the human resource managers job duties and complexities in the government arena.
